Maintenance

Maintenance Request (MR) Forms are now available in the wall mounted tray outside the Rental Office.

By September 23, 2002 Duct Cleaning of all apartments will commence.


The Timely (1st day) Payment Draw from Oct. '98 to Aug. '02 has had 81 winners! The latest winners are:

Mar. '02 - #512, Apr. '02 - #804, May '02 - #707, Jun. '02 - #303,
Jul. '02 - #1504, and Aug.'02 - #1405

Pest Control - On Maintenance Request

Common areas are done monthly. Keep us informed on the status within our apartment and the surrounds. If you need treatment, please contact Vilma on 416 923 7636.


Lobby

  • The abstract art murals are designed and painted by Ionko Stoyanov, our very own artist/designer, a tenant at The Vincennes. The decor in the lobby should be completed shortly.

  • Our 5th anniversary celebration, appreciating our tenants will be in early December. You will receive your invitation in the fall. This is going to be a big one! Singers, musicians among you should contact Raj.


PLEASE RECYCLE...Please Recycle...please recycle...sort into the correct container in the backyard. Flatten cardboard boxes. - THANK YOU
Please let’s avoid waste! Get into the good habit of recycling for the future.

Did you know that Waste disposal is going to cost $100 more per ton as the Keele Valley Dump is filling up 12 years sooner due to recyclable items?

Policy: NO BICYLES ARE PERMITTED IN THE ELEVATORS AND INSIDE THE BUILDING. Space in bicycle parking enclosure in garage on a 1st come, 1st served basis.

Policy: MOVING THROUGH "MOVING ROOM" ONLY.
GOODS/FURNITURE moves are between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please use elevator with protected pads. Advance bookings are required and appreciated.

Once parked, please register within 15 minutes by calling. The code is given to all our tenants. The City ticket is not reversible. Parking on a numbered tenant's space may result in your vehicle being towed/removed. Please don't inconvenience others and yourself.

Please "Do not open the main entry doors to strangers!"

We are doing our best to ensure that 35 Walmer Road is safe and secure, as it is your home. We can’t emphasize more, on how much it depends on all of us pulling together on this. We (Residents of 35 Walmer) will not tolerate intruders, thieves, vandals, and damage to our homes. So BEWARE!
