Maintenance

    Maintenance Request (MR) Forms are now available in the wall mounted tray outside the Rental Office.


The Timely (1st day) Payment Draw from Oct. '98 to July '04 has had 114 winners! The latest winners are:

    Jan. '04 - #609, Feb. '04 - #710, Mar. '04 - #410, Apr. '04 - #1403, May '04 - #1508, Jun. '04 - #1603 & Jul. '04 - #504

Pest Control - On Maintenance Request

    Common areas are done monthly. Keep us informed on the status within our apartment and the surrounds. If you need treatment, please contact Vilma on 416 923 7636.

Policy

    NO BICYLES ARE PERMITTED IN THE ELEVATORS AND INSIDE THE BUILDING. Space in bicycle parking enclosure in garage on a 1st come, 1st served basis.

Policy

    MOVING THROUGH "MOVING ROOM" ONLY.
    GOODS/FURNITURE moves are between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
    A 2-Hour extension may be granted entirely at the discretion of the Superintendent on Duty. Please use elevator with protected pads. Advance bookings are required and appreciated. Other's comfort must be taken into consideration and noise kept low.

    Once parked, please register within 15 minutes by calling. The code is given to all our tenants. The City ticket is not reversible. Parking on a numbered tenant's space will result in your vehicle being towed/removed should the spot's owner complain. Please don't inconvenience others and yourself.

Please "Do not open the main entry doors to strangers!"

    We are doing our best to ensure that 35 Walmer Road is safe and secure, as it is your home. We can’t emphasize more, on how much it depends on all of us pulling together on this. We (Residents of 35 Walmer) will not tolerate intruders, thieves, vandals, and damage to our homes. So BEWARE!
